Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains the procedures, notice requirements, and applicable fees for cancelling services with Vezity (Pty) Ltd ("Vezity," "we," "us," or "our"), including services provided through our operating business units Vezity Visuals and Vezity Performance.

We understand that circumstances change. This policy is designed to be fair to both parties, recognizing that when you book our services, we allocate time and resources exclusively to your project.

2. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@vezity.com. Verbal cancellations (phone or in-person) must be confirmed in writing to be considered valid. Your cancellation is effective on the date we receive your written notice.

3. Notice Requirements

Vezity Visuals — Creative Production Services

  • Photography Sessions: Minimum 7 calendar days' notice before the scheduled session date.
  • Editing & Retouching Projects: Minimum 5 business days' notice before the scheduled start date.
  • Ongoing Creative Projects: Minimum 14 calendar days' written notice.

Vezity Performance — Coaching Services

  • Individual Coaching Sessions: Minimum 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session.
  • Coaching Program Packages: Minimum 7 calendar days' written notice.
  • Corporate Wellness Programs: As specified in the individual Service Agreement (typically 30 calendar days).

4. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the notice period provided and work completed:

More than 14 days' noticeDeposit retained. Any excess deposit refunded.
7–14 days' noticeDeposit retained + 25% of remaining project fee.
Less than 7 days' noticeDeposit retained + 50% of remaining project fee.
Less than 48 hours' notice (or no-show)Full project fee may be charged at Vezity's discretion.

For coaching sessions, the standard single-session rate applies where full fee is charged.

5. Cancellation by Vezity

Vezity reserves the right to cancel a Service Agreement in the following circumstances:

  • Client breaches any material term of the Service Agreement or our Terms of Service.
  • Client fails to make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  • Client engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
  • Circumstances beyond Vezity's reasonable control make it impossible to fulfill the services (force majeure).

If Vezity cancels due to circumstances within our control (not due to client breach or force majeure), all payments received, including the deposit, will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

6. Rescheduling

6.1 Clients may request to reschedule services in lieu of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at Vezity's discretion.

6.2 Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice (as defined in Section 3) are typically accommodated without additional fees, provided the new date falls within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Repeated rescheduling requests (more than two) may incur an administrative fee.
