Quotation-Based Services
Vezity (Pty) Ltd operates on a quotation-based pricing model. We do not publish fixed pricing because every project, client, and scope is unique. Each engagement is assessed individually, and a tailored quotation is provided after understanding your specific requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
This approach ensures you only pay for what you need — no hidden fees, no unnecessary packages, and complete transparency from the start.
How Our Quotation Process Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We discuss your project goals, vision, timeline, and any specific requirements. This can be done via email, phone, or video call.
Step 2: Scope Definition
Based on our discussion, we define the project scope including deliverables, revisions, timelines, and any additional services required.
Step 3: Written Quotation
You receive a detailed written quotation outlining all costs, payment terms, and what is included. No surprises, no ambiguity.
Step 4: Agreement & Deposit
Once you accept the quotation, a service agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid to secure your booking.

Vezity Visuals offers creative media production services. All services are quotation-based. Examples include:

Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your booking and commence work.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of assets.
- For ongoing or retainer-based services, payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement.
- All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is accepted via EFT (bank transfer) or through our Paystack payment gateway.
