Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Vezity (Pty) Ltd ("Vezity," "we," "us," or "our") handles refunds for creative production and fitness coaching services provided through our operating business units, including Vezity Visuals and Vezity Performance.
We are committed to fair and transparent practices. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
2. Deposits
2.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement, all deposits paid to secure a booking or commence work are non-refundable.
2.2 Deposits secure your booking slot, cover initial planning, administrative costs, and may include preliminary work. Even if you decide not to proceed, these costs are incurred by Vezity and are not recoverable.
2.3 The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total project fee unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement.
3. Work Already Completed
3.1 If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3.2 "Work completed" includes, but is not limited to: consultations, planning, creative development, photo shoots, editing, coaching sessions delivered, program design, and any deliverables already provided.
3.3 If the value of completed work exceeds the deposit paid, you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance. If the deposit exceeds the value of completed work, Vezity will refund the difference (if any) within 14 business days.
4. Vezity Visuals — Creative Services Refunds
4.1 Photography Sessions: Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled with at least 7 days' notice, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session at Vezity's discretion.
4.2 Delivered Images: Once final images have been delivered and approved, no refunds are provided. If you identify technical errors in the delivered work, we will correct these at no additional charge.
4.3 Editing & Retouching: Revisions included in the agreed scope are provided at no extra charge. Additional revisions beyond scope will be quoted separately.
5. Vezity Performance — Coaching Services Refunds
5.1 Individual Coaching Sessions: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5.2 Program Packages: Refunds for coaching program packages are calculated based on sessions delivered at the standard single-session rate, with the balance refunded. The non-refundable deposit component remains forfeited.
5.3 Corporate Programs: Refund terms for corporate wellness and group programs are specified in the individual Service Agreement.
6. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after work has commenced.
- Failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or materials resulting in project delays.
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preferences where the work delivered meets the agreed scope and quality standards.
- Services delivered in full according to the agreed specification.
- Force majeure events outside Vezity's control that prevent service delivery.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at hello@vezity.com with:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The service or project reference.
- A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation.
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover any costs incurred. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
